Job Description:-
▪ Proficient in understanding the principles and applications of wiped film evaporators, Falling Film evaporators, Thin Film evaporators and Short Path evaporators particularly in separation and concentration processes within the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
▪ Professional experience in handling basket strainer in a Refinery Plant.
▪ Professional experience in operating the Thermic Fluid Heater, in Refinery Plant.
▪ Professional experience in Packed Distillation operating , monitoring and address the issues in Refinery Plant.
▪ Professional experiences in Shell and tube condenser supervise in Refinery Plant.
▪ Proficient in understanding the principles and applications of Distillation Column both Packed Column and Tray Column, Cross flow cooling water towers and Steam Boiler particularly in chemical, Oil Refinery and pharmaceutical industries etc.
▪ Professional experiences in operating and monitoring Counter flow cooling water tower in Refinery.
▪ Proficient in understanding the principles and applications of Finned tube Heat Exchanger, Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger, Double Tube Heat Exchanger and Plate Heat Exchanger particularly in heat transfer processes within the chemical Oil Refinery’s and pharmaceutical industries etc.
▪ Professional Experiences and knowledge about Centrifugal pump, Gear pump, Screw pump and Reciprocating pump in Oil Refinery.
▪ Professional Experience and knowledge about Thermal Insulation, Acoustic Insulation and Mineral Wool Insulation.
▪ Professional Experience Handling and Knowledge about Ball valve, Butterfly valve, Gate valve Needle valve and Globe valve in Oil Refinery.
▪ Proficient in understanding the principles and applications of Solenoid valve, Non-Return valve and Pneumatic valve particularly in flow control and on/off process within the chemical, Oil Refinery and pharmaceutical industries etc.
▪ Proficient in understanding the principles and applications of Transmitter particularly in transmitting data in processes within the chemical Oil Refinery’s and pharmaceutical industries etc.
